We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for retrofit activities and maintenance to improve the system's efficiency and functionality . Your expertise will contribute to the growth of sustainable energy solutions while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Duties

- Perform retrofitting activities to inverters in solar PV systems.

- Perform electrical work including high voltage and low voltage installations.

- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, safely .

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

- Stay updated on the National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations to ensure compliance during installations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an electrician or in a related field with a focus on commercial projects.

- Familiarity with solar panels.

- Understanding of electrical systems, including high voltage, low voltage

- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction site operations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
