Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to help ensure our customers receive the right parts, on time, and in excellent condition. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. In this role, you’ll lead both Customer Service and Shipping, schedule production, and help maintain a smooth, efficient workflow from order entry to delivery.
What You’ll Do
As the Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by:
•Creating realistic production schedules that meet customer delivery deadlines by using workload reports to identify order dates and working closely with the Production Manager.
•Making sure customer needs for quality, delivery, and communication are always met.
•Keeping stock levels appropriate for demand and ensuring finished goods inventory is accurate.
•Reviewing incoming purchase orders and ensuring contract terms are clear and followed.
•Upholding compliance with ISO9000/ISO9001 standards in Customer Service and Shipping.
•Supervising employees in Customer Service and Shipping.
•Encouraging teamwork and clear communication within your team and across departments.
•Following and promoting company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
•Ensuring consistent attendance
•Pitching in with other tasks as needed to support company goals
