Job Title: Azobrader Operator-Entry Level

Reports To: Department Management, following the direction of the Team Leader

SHIFT/HOURS: 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 work schedule. 1 st shift starts at 7 am- until 7 pm

Pay Rate: $22.56 per hour, with the ability to earn more

We are seeking a skilled Azobrader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating specialized azobrader equipment, which is fundamental in refining and smoothing surfaces in various industrial applications. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. You will be responsible for not only operating the azobrader but also performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Responsible For:

- Operate Azobrader machinery for surface smoothing and refining tasks

- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on azobrader equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed

- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production goals

- Document production metrics and maintain accurate records of machine operations

- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues to the maintenance team

- Adherent to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

What You Will Need:

- Proven experience operating Azobrader or similar industrial machinery.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and industry best practices.

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.

- Capacity to work effectively in a team-focused environment.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to pass company background check and drug screen.
