About the Role:
This position is to assist and support both the business office and appliance teams of New Service. Duties may include, but will not be limited to: appliance related data entry, purchasing, stocking and reconciliation; data analysis and reporting; general administrative work such as, filing, scanning, copying, and reviewing documents as per instruction. Other projects, tasks and duties will be assigned as needed. Student will work with basic Microsoft Office products as well as KUB proprietary software.
Qualifications Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily in an office setting but regular warehouse related work will be required. Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move or relocate files, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be and maintain full-time student status of an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or a graduate-level degree
- Have and maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Strong communication skills
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Pursuing a business-related undergraduate or graduate degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write reports/summaries/articles requiring minimal review
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and SharePoint
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
