Full Job Description

This position performs preventative maintenance tasks in support of production operations and general facility repairs. Includes troubleshooting and repairs to production and facilities equipment. All work is performed under the established safety policies and procedures.

Types of equipment: Kilns, Ovens, Calciners, Mixers, Attritors, Pumps, Impact Mills, Spray dryers, gearboxes, screw feeders, and baghouses.

Works with other team members.

Safely operate forklift and aerial lift equipment.

Demonstrates proficient use of hand tools for assembly and repairs.

Troubleshoot and repair gearboxes, pneumatic, vacuum, plumbing, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.

Light fabrication

Capable of basic gas and arc welding.

Demonstrates a willingness to learn and exhibit good core work ethics.

Provide personal tools.

Requirements: High School or equivalent education. Ability to lift 50 lbs. daily. Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Must pass drug screen and background check.

2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Must be a United States Citizen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
