Location: Saskatchewan Oilfield (Southern SK focus: Estevan, Weyburn, Swift Current area)
Incentive: Aggressive, uncapped commission structure (OTE: $50,000 - $120,000+ Gross Annually)
The Sales & Business Development Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by securing new rental contracts and maintaining strong business relationships for PR Premium Oilfield Services within the Saskatchewan oil and gas sector. The primary focus is on renting specialized equipment to drilling contractors, and service companies.
Business Development: Aggressively prospect, qualify, and close new rental contracts with key decision-makers (e.g., Rig Managers, Operations Superintendents, Purchasing Agents) in the drilling and completions space.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an existing client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and maximizing repeat business opportunities.
Territory Management: Manage a sales pipeline and schedule regular travel throughout the assigned territory to conduct site visits, maintain visibility, and provide technical support.
Technical Consultation: Understand and clearly communicate the features, benefits, and operational applications of PR Premium's rental equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless delivery, retrieval, and servicing of rental equipment.
Reporting: Track all sales activities, pipeline status, and market intelligence using provided reporting tools.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years operations experience within the upstream oil and gas industry, preferably selling services or rental equipment.
Industry Knowledge: Must possess an understanding of drilling, completions, and well servicing operations.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain a strong, trustworthy network among key personnel in the Saskatchewan oil patch.
Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
Technical Proficiency: Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM software (asset).
Commitment: Must be available for field travel and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
Previous experience selling equipment rental services (e.g., tanks, mats, pumps).
A pre-existing, active network within the Estevan/Weyburn area.
A strong, self-motivated work ethic capable of operating effectively with minimal direct supervision.
