Contract: Long term and stable employment (so you can plan your work-life balance)
Job Description: Ready for a change of pace? Step into a rewarding career as Industrial PCP Medic and make a real impact where it counts.
We’re looking for skilled and motivated Primary Care Paramedics to join our team at Mosaic’s Belle Plaine Mine site. This is a rare chance to secure a long-term, stable position with a professional, supportive team — while still being home every night.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit site medical and security team that plays a vital role in keeping people safe and ensuring operations run smoothly. If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in being ready when it counts, this is your kind of role.
- Provide emergency medical response and on-site care for workers and contractors
- Support the Occupational Health Nurse and collaborate with the safety department.
- Participate in emergency drills and work alongside the mine rescue team.
- Promote health and safety awareness across the site.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation.
- Licensed Primary Care Paramedic (Saskatchewan College of Paramedics).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an industrial or mine site environment.
- Clear communication skills, sound judgment, and a team-first mindset.
- Valid driver’s license, clean drug/alcohol screen, and clear criminal record.
- Home every day — no fly-in/fly-out or camp life.
- Long-term stability as we are in a multi-year contract.
- Work with a respected, people-focused organization.
- Health Spending Account provided for full time employees.
- Opportunities for professional growth and training.
- Supportive leadership and a team that has your back.
If you’re ready for a stable, meaningful role where your skills make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. If you are looking for just a casual relationship, let us know perhaps it will work for everyone.
Apply with your resume outlining your experience in mine or industrial settings.
- When will you be available to begin work?
- How many years have you worked in a mine setting in medical or safety roles?
- Primary Care Paramedic License in Saskatchewan (required)
