Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for entering payables, scanning into Sage, monitoring statements, reconciling credit card statements, filing and submitting online invoices via OpenInvoice, Jobutrax.

Open to flexible hours to fit potential candidates but would like structured and routine around these once set. I.E.- Monday- Friday 9-3 or 10-4

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30 per week
