Dakota Granite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mausoleum Project Manager to support project planning, scheduling, production needs, and execution within our Mausoleum Department. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure projects are being completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

-Followed by All (FBA) on Mausoleum written processes, ensures completion of building checklists from Sales to Operations
-Epicor - Learn and Assist with Mausoleum Epicor Functions
-Manage external and internal Carve & Lettering needs for Buildings
-Manage outside vender management for buildings which includes doors, windows, and concrete niches
-Monitor Mausoleum project progression, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions to keep project on track
-Tracking costly only on new project installs that you've had from the start
-Previous experience in project management, project coordination, scheduling or logistics (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or a related industry
-Ability to read and interpret project specifications, plans and documentation
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Proficiency in project management software and tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
