As a chemical line operator in an anodizing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the anodizing process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.
•Monitor and control the anodizing process to ensure quality and consistency.
•Ensure that all process baths are operating within their control ranges.
•Collect, record, analyze and communicate relevant and reliable process data.
•Coordinate all loads with shift supervisor and lead line operator to maximize tank
•Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
•Identify and address any quality issues that arise.
•Complete various logs as needed as part of quality documentation.
•Multitask to plan, execute, monitor, and adjust loads to ensure QA. efficiency.
•Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
•Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized.
•Communicate effectively with team members and management.
•Work with/in production as labor needs on the process line fluctuate.
•Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise during the anodizing process.
•Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
•Safety: Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
•Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure that all products meet quality standards.
•Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
