The work location is at Nunavik and the normal work schedule is on a rotation of 6 weeks: 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks for rest.

Responsibilities
The main role of a mechanized shuttle loader operator is to perform extraction in production sites and development galleries as well as loading trucks. The primary responsibilities of this position include:
•Load trucks safely and efficiently.
•Operating the shuttle loader in remote mode.
•Installation of a remote-controlled operating platform.
•Operating a production truck.
•Performing related tasks as per operational needs.
Qualifications
•A minimum of 4 years of experience on both manual and remote-controlled shuttle loaders.
•Completion of mining modules FMTM 1 to 5, 7, and 10.
•Possession of a general explosives permit.
•Good communication skills.
Assets
•Holding a Class 1 driver's license.
•Having good knowledge of preventive mechanics.
•Due to frequent exchanges with French-speaking team members, bilingualism (French/English) is an asset to facilitate and enhance our internal communications.
