Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Red Seal Power Line Foreperson to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of power lines. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols, along with the ability to supervise and train crew members effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field, demonstrating leadership and technical expertise.
Duties
•
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines.
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
•
Supervise and mentor crew members, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
•
Conduct site assessments and prepare job plans based on blueprints and schematics.
•
Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting.
•
Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets company standards.
•
Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines for projects.
•
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Skills

Strong skills in construction estimating and budgeting.
