About the Role Noble Environmental is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support the operation and maintenance of our Centralized Wastewater Treatment Facility located at Greentree Landfill. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to environmental protection while developing technical skills in wastewater treatment, equipment maintenance, and laboratory procedures.
- Perform daily operational tasks to ensure efficient plant performance
- Conduct routine maintenance and support facility upkeep
- Operate and maintain solids handling and dewatering equipment, including plate and frame presses and belt presses
- Collaborating with plant operators and maintenance personnel to optimize system performance
- Assist with customer service activities and material tracking
- Prepare, mix, and monitor treatment chemicals and process inputs
- Adhere to and promote all company safety policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week, including 8–10-hour shifts
- Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience preferred
- Prior experience in wastewater or liquid waste treatment is advantageous but not required
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail

Training & Development Noble Environmental provides on-the-job training in wastewater treatment operations, equipment maintenance, and basic laboratory procedures to support employee growth and success in the role.
- 8–10-hour shifts
