6+ Weeks of Paid Days Off in Year 1 – Manufacturing

Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Associate prepping metal for our shade-product division.

Yes, you read that correctly. We just believe in a work-life balance. With 15 days of paid time off (PTO) and 16 paid holidays, you will have a total of 31 days off (6+ weeks) in your first full year with us.

But wait, there's more...

We add an extra 5 days of PTO in your second year for a total of 36 days off (7+ weeks). Almost two months of paid days off.

Join Our Team

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping Associate to become part of our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a supportive, hardworking environment. Our shipping team plays a key role in getting quality products out the door and into our customers’ hands.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare, package, and ship finished products accurately and on schedule

- Review orders and shipping paperwork to ensure everything is correct

- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other equipment

- Work closely with production and warehouse teammates to keep things moving smoothly

- Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe

- Assist with inventory counts and material movement as needed

- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

What We’re Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

- Ability to read work orders and shipping labels

- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and be on your feet during the shift

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
