Responsibilities:

- Represent our brand in retail settings, engaging with customers to promote our products/services and drive sales.

- Attend Pittsburgh events including sporting events, concerts, beer and wine festivals, tradeshows, food festivals and engage in the promotion of our clients products and services on site.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and management to ensure product visibility and sales success.

- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to maximize earnings and contribute to the overall success of the team.

- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in retail sales, event management, marketing, human resources, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
