Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Team Member to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

- Accurately input required material into the production system

- Properly read and understand batching reports

- Lift and carry (short distances) up to 100# frequently

- Safely operate forklift to move finished product and raw materials

- Operate the production line equipment by actuating switches and valves

- Properly and neatly label and package finished goods

- Neatly stack finished products onto pallets and prepare for shipping

- During busy or short staffed periods; assist the shipping and receiving department

- Maintain a clean work area

- Safely operate the shrink torch to finish packaging

- Verify receipt of supplies and materials, (any offloaded freight) per receiving packing slips

- Other duties as assigned by Plant Managers

Experience

- Ability to follow instructions

- Multi-tasking

- Responsible, Reliable, punctual, stable, and personable

- Motivated

- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, percentages)

- Ability to work independently as well in a team environment

- Adequately follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.24 per hour
