K-Fab Inc. is seeking a experienced Powder Coater to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our powder coating process.

Responsibilities:

- Applying powder paint to a variety of surfaces and parts.

- Operate all coating equipment including guns and booth collection system.

- Determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by visual inspection.

- Bake parts at appropriate temperatures within time limits.

- Ensure all components are coated efficiently and are within customer specifications.

- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are being met.

- Knowledge of coatings and safety data sheets.

- May perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Strong background in powder coating

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Must be able to follow directions and work independently without supervision

- Must be able to stand for 8-11 hours at a time in a work environment without regulated temperatures.

- Must have good attendance and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $27.00 per hour
