**What You’ll Do**

* File Warranty Claims
* Schedule Sales Calls
* Data Entry & Invoices
* Update sales leads and backlogs
* Handle multiple projects
* Generate and distribute project-related documents, including contracts, proposals, and progress reports.
* Answer calls and emails from customers and clients.

**What You Will Bring**

* Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver
* Proactive and takes initiative
* Knowledge with Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
* Experience in construction or trades office settings
* Sales and Marketing Support

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This person will ensure high levels of organization, and prioritizing customer service. This role is being offered as in office, full-time with flexible work hours! Good interpersonal skills needed to work with residents and outside agencies effectively. Must be organized with attention to detail, prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
