This position is a senior level sales role within the moove organization. This role focuses on executing the strategy of achieving financial and volume targets by securing new customer relationships and, oversees all activities related to building and managing a strong pipeline within the Strategic National Accounts business unit. In addition to new customer relationship development, you’ll focus on customer retention, share of wallet development within existing accounts, and internal processes that improve overall Customer satisfaction.
The focus of this role will be hunting new business and developing strategic opportunities that enhance value for the organization. This position requires advanced skills in lead generation, prospect development, presentations, proposals, contract development, and closing of sales, along with high-level business acumen.
Jobholders will not only utilize superior prospecting skills to leverage the moove proprietary brand and its competitive advantages but will also be required to manage a high-level sales pipeline and work with many internal departments, which include marketing, formulation, branch operations, production, sourcing, procurement, revenue management, and demand planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. - New business development specific to these segments:
- Large HD Fleets
- Large Utility Fleets
- Large Consumer Installer Groups
- OEM / Factory-fill
- Private Label
- Develop and manage a well-balanced sales pipeline
- Clearly articulate program offerings that meet & exceed the needs of prospects/customers
- Network with key clients and key suppliers to identify and address specific needs
- Conduct monthly and/or quarterly meetings with key accounts to drive process improvement
- Serves as a point of escalation for key National Accounts, internally and externally
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring client requirements are met
- Ensure brand consistency
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest ways to increase sales

Bachelor's degree, technical degree and/or military experience with 5-7 years of previous experience in a Strategic National Account role managing top-level prospect development and customer relationships .
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, managers, and customers.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, excel and PowerPoint point, and experience working in an enterprise-wide system.
