ABC York is seeking an experienced Crane Operator/Rigger who is self-motivated, dedicated to following safety policies and keeping daily record of required documentation to operate our 50-ton truck crane. Applicants must be willing to work out of town on a weekly basis. Hotels are provided by ABC York. Hired individual will work with ABC crew most of the time on Agricultural/Industrial jobsites flying a variety of goods into place along with flying crew in a man basket in hard-to-reach places. Most of our work is performed in close proximity to other equipment and requires accurate and precise operation. Hired individual will be solely responsible for the condition of the crane, the rigging on the crane, the cribbing on the crane, communicating any issues or inspection dates to his/her supervisor, etc. Applicants must be willing to work outside of running the crane on occasion on jobsites as the crane is not always needed.

The following are required for any applicant to be considered.

- Current CCO from the NCCCO

- PA state licensing is preferred

- Current CDL class A or B with air brakes

- Able to set up and tear down crane up to multiple times daily

- 2 years of experience in mobile crane/truck crane

- Clean driving record

- Pass a pre-employment drug screening along with random drug screenings

- Knowledge of crane and rigging safety practices

- Knowledge of Crane inspection forms and lift plans

- Be able to bend and lift items 75lbs. +/-

- Work well with others

- Maintain our crane and its inspection dates

- Maintain the rigging on the crane

- Work long hours with opportunity for extensive overtime and out of town work

- Flexible with schedule change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
