What you’ll do

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems.

- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.

- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions for HVAC design.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform equipment repairs on various appliances and systems.

- Engage in plumbing tasks as needed to support overall system functionality.

- Operate tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and perform welding tasks when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of service performed and communicate findings to clients.

Basic qualifications

- Proven experience as a service technician in the HVAC/R field.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.

- Certifications: Valid EPA and OSHA 10

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred qualifications

- Background in construction or property maintenance.

- Experience with boiler systems and air conditioning units.

- Previous field service experience demonstrating customer interaction skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
