As an HSE Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our field operations meet federal, state, and client safety standards. This field-based position supports operations across PA, OH, and WV, conducting inspections, managing incident reporting, assisting with audits, and maintaining compliance systems like ISNetworld and Avetta. You’ll collaborate with frontline employees, leadership, and clients to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Conduct job site inspections and provide written compliance reports
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Attend client meetings and manage HSE expectations
- Maintain systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and PEC for client compliance
- Assist in tracking safety KPIs and preparing required reports
- Deliver safety training and conduct field competency evaluations
- Remain available for on-call responses to incidents or urgent site needs
- Travel regularly (80%+); occasional overnight travel required- Bachelor’s degree in Safety or related field or 1+ years of relevant oil & gas HSE experience or other safety positions
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations (PADEP, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
- Competency in Microsoft Office and mobile reporting tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing field demands
- Must be willing to respond to emergencies on short notice (nights/weekends)
- Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed | On-call availability required
