We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager for our manufacturing division in the United States. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and driving strategic growth to support our company's mission of delivering top-tier metal fabrication services from our extensive 36,000 square-foot facility in the US. Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals.

- Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to optimize processes and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of the manufacturing division.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in manufacturing management or operations leadership.

- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and finishing techniques.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field preferred.

- Prior experience with technology-driven manufacturing environments is a plus.
