Customer Service Associate – Industrial Tool Repair Full-Time | New Castle, PA

Horizon Supply Company is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Industrial Tool Repair Department. If you enjoy hands-on work, helping customers, and staying on the move, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

- Support current customer relationships and spot new opportunities to grow repair business

- Communicate repair updates to customers and shop staff

- Safely load, unload, and handle tools (50+ lbs)

- Run scheduled pickup and delivery routes across PA, OH, and WV

- Maintain accurate records and a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum age: 21 years

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

- Valid driver’s license with clean record

- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask

- Basic computer skills

- High School/Trade School diploma/certification required

Bonus Skills

- Experience in industrial or mechanical customer service

- Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, gas-powered, electric, or welding tools

- Previous shop, warehouse, repair, or delivery experience

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
