PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment of candidates for hourly and salaried positions (within WNY and Northwestern PA) including preparation of position descriptions, posting/advertising positions through a variety of mediums, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating additional rounds of interviews, obtaining and verifying pre-employment information and onboarding

• Preparation and documentation of candidate and applicant pool information required for compliance purposes

• Interaction and communication with current employees and retirees in response to HR related inquiries

• Planning and coordination of various Human Resources events and programs

• The Recruiter will be required to travel as needed and must be available to attend recruitment events and HR activities in the evenings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field

• Prior experience in a recruitment role

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and customer service skills, time management and organization skills too!

• Demonstrated experience executing projects from start to finish

• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present data in a logical and concise matter

• Strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and proven initiative, motivation and leadership abilities

• Advanced level Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master of Business Administration degree

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $60,500 – $70,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
