Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Axe Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, with experience in coaching or handling groups of children and young adults. This role is pivotal in supporting the head coach in managing parties, and the facility's maintenance.
Duties
•
Assist the head coach in planning and conducting parties.
•
Provide instruction in axe throwing,airsoft, and vr.
•
Changing targets, Filling magazines, and replacing batteries.
•
Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes our patrons to do their best and come back.
•
General cleaning of bathrooms and facility sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces .
•
Communicate effectively with patrons, and staff members.
•
Ensure the safety of all participants adhering standards and regulations.
•
Participate in community outreach programs to promote sports participation among youth.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
