Site Quality Operations Manager, ISO 9001 Compliance

Location: Portland Metro Area, OR | On-site Manufacturing Facility

Salary: $90,000 – $105,000 annually

What You’ll Own

- End-to-end ISO 9001 compliance at the site, including documentation and audit readiness

- Revitalizing and strengthening a quality management system that already exists

- Daily operational support to manufacturing with a focus on consistency and accountability

- Internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives

- Supplier quality oversight and incoming quality processes

- Leadership and mentorship for one on-site Quality Inspector

What It Takes

- Hands-on experience owning and maintaining ISO 9001 compliance in manufacturing

- Direct involvement with ISO systems—implementation, maintenance, and audit support

- Comfort with practical, floor-based quality work

- Ability to perform or quickly learn manual inspection and blueprint interpretation

- Demonstrated success leading audits, corrective actions, incoming quality, and supplier quality

- Independent operator who can manage and mentor one Quality Inspector while staying engaged in the work

Nice to Have

- Heavy industrial or machining-focused background

- Site leadership experience in ISO 9001–certified operations

- Familiarity with manual inspection techniques and manufacturing workflows

- Detail-driven, pragmatic approach to problem-solving

Where You’ll Work

On site in the Portland Metro Area, embedded with the manufacturing team and serving as the quality authority.
