Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Kitchen & Bath Showcase Manager to lead our showroom operations and drive exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, sales, and organizational skills, with a proven track record in wholesale plumbing, team supervision, and inventory control. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a high-visibility showroom, coordinate marketing efforts, to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Kitchen & Bath showcase, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

- Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.

- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, merchandising, and pricing strategies to optimize product presentation.

- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and promote showroom offerings.

- Manage POS systems, handle cash handling procedures, and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

- Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain appropriate inventory levels while controlling costs.

- Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training & development programs.

- Oversee store merchandising, stocking, and visual displays to enhance product appeal.

- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and organizational management.

Requirements

- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management skills.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, purchasing, and cash handling.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in store presentation and operations.

- Strong negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations.

- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
