A successful Dispatch Administrative Assistant's daily operations will include but are not limited to;

Inventory entry and maintenance

•

Organizing and reviewing driver and load paperwork

•

Assist with billing

•

Dispatch as needed

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

•

Associates degree from a four-year college or university in related field; minimum of 2 years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Skills:

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
