We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, including double entry bookkeeping, journal entries, and account reconciliation. They will also have experience with financial software and have a solid understanding of financial concepts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing the office budget and preparing financial reports.
- Conducting account analysis and preparing journal entries.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with all accounting and financial regulations.
- Processing payroll and accounts payable/receivable.
- Providing support to other departments within the organization.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Preparing and submitting tax returns.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Providing exceptional customer service.- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial software, including accounting software.
- Experience with public accounting and tax preparation.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
