Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Hamilton, ON, for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the service department operations, including managing technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery. Daily tasks include supervising the service team, liaising with clients to address their needs, managing inventory and parts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role requires frequent collaboration with sales and rental teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in managing service operations and supervising technical teams

- Proficiency in coordinating service schedules and managing inventory

- Strong client liaison skills and the ability to address client needs and concerns effectively

- Knowledge of compressed air systems and related equipment

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure

- Experience in the compressed air field is a plus.
