The Maintenance Manager oversees and performs all tasks related to the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s premises, buildings, and infrastructure, both indoors and outdoors, in all seasons. The Maintenance Manager works closely with the management team to coordinate and organize priorities effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Manager:

- Oversees and executes preventive maintenance for buildings, equipment, and grounds.

- Ensures all facilities meet safety, security, and fire-prevention standards.

- Recommends major repairs, upgrades, and purchases to management.

- Performs general maintenance and repairs (carpentry, basic electrical, painting, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, equipment assembly).

- Coordinates contractor work, obtains quotes, and prepares labour and material cost estimates.

- Manages waste disposal, including recyclables and hazardous materials.

- Maintains outdoor areas and performs light landscaping (snow removal, mowing, trimming, debris cleanup).

- Completes and updates maintenance logs, inspection forms, and safety reports.

- Moves and transports equipment, furniture, and supplies; sets up spaces for special events.

- Performs additional duties to support overall operational efficiency.
