**Job Overview**  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and investment banking. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and systems, including Hyperion, as well as the ability to analyze financial data effectively. A working knowledge of VBA and SQL is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for continuous improvement within financial operations.
* Utilize accounting software and systems to maintain accurate financial records.
* Analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on comprehensive research.
* Develop and implement financial models to forecast future performance.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial projections.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

**Experience**

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
* Previous experience in investment banking or a similar finance role is preferred.
* Proficiency in accounting software and systems, including Hyperion.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Familiarity with VBA and SQL for data manipulation and reporting is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly.
* Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.
