Our final inspection team work closely with all areas of manufacturing from design to machining. They work independently within the production team meeting deadlines and ensuring we are meeting and exceeding the highest quality standards our customers rely on.

In your tool box

- High School Diploma,

- 3 – 5 years’ experience in machining

- caliper, micrometer, Vernier Calipers, dial indicator

- Valid 'G' Driver's License with a clean abstract

- Must be self-directed and able to work with little supervision

- Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking and time management techniques.

Your day will be responsible for

- Performing assembly, dimensional checks, conducting functional and durability tests, identifying defects, and maintaining inspection records to maintain quality control

- Examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.

- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.

- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.

- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.

- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

- Provide tapping, deburring, measure cut and deliver materials to machine operators.

- Ability to backup machining as needed
