Integral HR Solutions is partnering with Triangle Fluid Controls to place a highly service-oriented Branch & Business Development Manager for their Sarnia, Ontario facility.
Triangle Fluid Controls, a trusted name in industrial sealing and fluid control solutions, is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Branch & Business Development Manager to launch and lead our new branch in the Sarnia/Southwestern Ontario region.

As the Branch & Business Development Manager, reporting to the Vice President, you’ll wear two important hats:
- Oversee day-to-day operations: sales, production, inventory, logistics, admin, budgeting, dispatch, and shipping
- Champion operational excellence and proactively resolve challenges
- Foster a safe, positive, and high-performing workplace
- Recruit, lead, and develop a motivated local team
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our customer base and market share
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align local efforts with national goals
- Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years of business development or sales experience (industrial supply experience is a plus)- Proven ability to influence, lead, and deliver results
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities
- Tech-savvy with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Self-starter with flexibility to work independently and outside standard hours when needed

This is a full-time, onsite role with minimal travel outside the local region.
