What You’ll Do

- Set up and operate manual and/or CNC horizontal boring machines

- Able to use both conversational programming and Master Cam

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

- Work independently to complete custom parts

- Maintain high standards of precision, safety, organization and cleanliness

- Solve problems, think critically, and contribute to daily shop improvements

What We’re Looking For

- 6+ years of machining experience preferred

- Trade certification (Licensed Machinist) is an asset, but not required

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances

- Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset

- A proactive, responsible team player with a strong attention to detail

- Someone who thrives in a smaller, independent shop environment
