Are you ready to make an impact in the energy transition? Enwave is looking for a Corporate Finance & Treasury Associate to join our Corporate Finance & Treasury team in Toronto. - Manage and optimize cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and borrowing needs.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports, including debt compliance and covenant calculations.
- Support financing activities, hedge programs, and lender/rating agency deliverables.
- Refine and use financial models for budgeting, valuation, and scenario analysis.
- Provide accounting support for treasury activities during month-end and audits.
- Support capital expenditure planning and business case development.
- Generate ad-hoc analyses and presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Grow your financial modelling skills with hands-on exposure and mentorship.
- 1–3 years (Financial Analyst) or 3–5 years (Senior Financial Analyst) experience in accounting/finance.
- Professional finance designation (CPA, CFA, CBV or equivalent; exams passed, experience requirements can be in progress).
- Knowledge of and interest in corporate finance, treasury, and valuations.
- Advanced Excel skills: familiarity with financial modelling concepts (we’ll train you to mastery).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communicator and collaborative team player.
- Experience in capital-intensive businesses is an asset.
