Description
We are currently recruiting for a
Area Manager (12 Month Term)who has previous multi-unit management experience in a corporate system. This position covers the GTA East territory. Frequent and extended travel is a requirement in this position.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Corporate Store Operations, the Area Manager is responsible for a region comprised of 14-16 M&M Food Market corporate store locations. The person acts as a liaison between Head Office and stores, working alongside Corporate Store Managers to develop the capabilities to deliver results within their stores. This role is accountable for key financial and performance indicators within his/her region. These KPIs include, but are not limited to Sales Budgets, SSSG, EBITDA, Scorecards, CTER audits and Meal Advisor engagement. The Area Manager audits and inspects the stores to ensure adherence to brand standards and develops action plans in partnership with the Corporate Store Manager to improve operational performance.
