Summary of Position:
Under the supervision of the Director of Supply Chain, this position is responsible for the daily execution of procurement processes in the manufacturing supply chain for the assigned category. In collaboration with Operations, this position will be responsible for analysis of needs, issuance and management of purchase orders, forecasting, vendor management and following through on the supply chain life cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or another related field.
•Industry or manufacturing related experience considered an asset.
•Oracle Cloud ERP experience preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:
•Overall ownership of planning and buying functions for assigned category.
•Creates buying plans based on forecasts, issues purchase orders for demand from operations, and communicates these plans to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
•Maintains accuracy of all purchase orders and cost management transactions.
•Analyses delivery conditions to ensure present and future material availability at a competitive cost.
•Vendor management including vendor validation, onboarding, forecasts, relationships, and total costs. Involves engineering and quality with current and new vendors.
•Laisses with Finance and P2P team to ensure the purchase order life cycle is complete and invoices are paid.
•Liaises with Order Management Group to ensure accurate warehouse inventory.
•Liaises with Logistics for timely and accurate product pick up.
•Focuses on innovation and creating efficiencies within supply chain processes.
•Monthly reporting to Director of Supply Chain.
•Participation in annual inventory count.

Salary:
$80,000/Yr-$105,000/Yr
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
