Employer Overview: Arrival 3D is a small, rapidly growing, technology services company that provides 3D laser scanning services throughout the United States.

Position Overview: We are seeking a high energy, experienced individual to take over the accounting responsibilities. This person will be responsible for all of the day-to-day accounting tasks as well as quarterly closing along with some additional administrative tasks.

Position Responsibilities:

- Accounts payable

- Accounts receivable

- Bank entries and reconciliations

- Credit card entries and reconciliation for all corporate cards

- Project expense entries

- Purchase Orders for supplies and services

- Maintain budget worksheet

- Maintain asset worksheet

- Quarterly closing

- Onboarding of Contractors

- Equipment maintenance renewals

- Software subscription renewals

Experience and Qualifications:

- Must be an expert with fairly complex spreadsheets (Excel and ideally Google Sheets).

- Must be an accounting expert and understand GAAP compliance.

- Must have 3 years experience as an accounting generalist with responsibilities covering all aspects of accounting for a small company.

- Expert understanding of QuickBooks Online.

- Must be highly proficient with Windows PCs, accounting software and ideally Google Workspace.

- Experience coordinating with an outside CPA for audits, reviews and tax preparation is desirable.

- Custom report creation experience would be highly desirable.

- An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
