Welder – 2nd Shift

- 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

- Possible overtime and Saturdays

Welder description of role:

NCT Technologies is looking for a welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.

The ideal welder will have an understanding in:

- Able to MIG/TIG weld steel.

- Able to TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel.

- Diverse in Production and Precision style welding.

- Able to grind parts post weld.

- Able to improvise and build weld fixtures to support product flow

- Able to read and interpret blueprints

- Able to use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc….)

- Able to be cross-functional to support workload

- Able to be self-sufficient once trained

- Valid driver’s license required

- Forklift experience a plus

- Available for overtime and weekend coverage, if needed

Welder Skills and Requirements:

- Valid Driver’s License

- Excellent attendance

- Punctual

- Team Player

- Positive Attitude

- Mechanically inclined

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending

Welder Salary:

$20.00 - $24.00 based on experience
