JOB OVERVIEW:

Join our dynamic team as a Tier 1 Maintenance Technician and become a vital part of our manufacturing facility’s maintenance operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production systems. Tier 1 is the entry level for full maintenance technicians. These team members perform PMs, simple repairs, and basic troubleshooting.

DUTIES:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals

- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to identify system problems and implement effective solutions

- Maintain facility infrastructure including plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and general building upkeep

- Support safety initiatives by adhering to all safety protocols during maintenance activities and participating in safety audits

- Complete basic mechanical repairs

- Conduct simple troubleshooting

- Support higher‑tier techs

- Begin learning welding, print reading, PLC navigation

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Successful completion of GEI aptitude testing

- Basic mechanical skills

- Willingness to grow technical ability
