SUMMARY
Perform lead on all extensive statistical reporting and analyses in the specified functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Prepare and distribute reports to management and others
- Respond to customer requests frequently
- Enter data into ERP and associated modules with general proficiency
- Serve as a backup to related positions
- Enter and maintain database information
- Analyze and confirm accuracy of database information periodically
- Complete special projects as required
- Perform senior lead role in area of responsibility
- Perform activities related to growing aftermarket business including proposals, spare parts lists per robot model, funnel tracking/reporting, and analyses in the specified functions.
- Prepare and distribute reports to management and others
- Respond to customer requests frequently
- Enter data into ERP and associated modules with general proficiency
- Serve as a backup to Technical Sales Coordinator and Sr Sales Technical Sales Coordinator
- Enter and maintain database information (including spare parts information per robot model)
- Analyze and confirm accuracy of database information periodically
- Complete special projects as required
- Assist RTMs in pre-sale efforts (Lead to Sales oversight, Website leads, RSMs referrals, etc.
- Generate monthly KPI reports for management review
- Prepare marketing material as required
- Assist with monthly proposal tracking and reporting
- Responsible for spare parts lists per robot model
- Responsible for Lead to Sale tracking and reporting
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement to aftermarket pre- and post-sale execution
- Maintain customer database including updates to robots moving between customer locations and from field service group advisements
- Assist with the generation, production and distribution of aftermarket marketing material to RTMs across the US and international locations
- Lead and direct daily activities of Analysts
- Oversee cross-training of departmental personnel
- Provide input to Manager of Sales Operations in evaluating, training and developing personnel
- Lead Order Entry in continuous improvement methods
- Maintain and coordinate all quality and ISO procedures, work instructions and documentation
- Coordinate with other departments to provide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Perform all duties of the Analyst position
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner and coordinate with regional sales managers when issues arise with their orders
- Understand and create required reporting in ERP system and Sales Force for management
- Responsible for accuracy of entered orders on company booking report
- Understand Configurator information in order to generate accurate configuration and part numbers on orders
- Proficient in any and all tasks performed in Sales Operations.
- Generate and monitor final monthly corporate reports/margin reports
- Identify and make recommendations for improvement with the generation and production of Configurator and Product Catalog. Update content as required
- Maintain ERP database including RSM territories as required
- Conduct collection related meetings with managers, regional sales managers and executive staff
- Responsible for customer Credit Alert and Credit Hold listings
- Coordinate activity with outside Collection Agency
- Assist in monthly closing process
- Reconciliation of assigned accounts
- Assist in policy and procedure creation/revision
- Forecast cash receipts for 90-day window
- Prepare customer financial analysis as necessary
- Preparation of Management reporting
- Assist with annual audit
- Maintain record of MTP (Yaskawa Motoman Tooling Partner) projects
- Provide method of daily release of orders to Project Engineers, Project Managers and Materials Manager
- Provide data for "Kick-off Package" on percentage of completion and modified system orders
- Epicor Sales forecast data entry on a monthly basis per quotation (book date/Probability
- Quote Generation through the Configurator in support of RSM’s
- Review monthly department budget including facilities cost, Maintenance, etc.
- Train RSM’s as required on data base entry into Epicor and Salesforce
- Generate Corporate Agreements
- Manage facility upgrades as required
- Manage general office including supplies, marketing data, etc.
- Epicor RFQ entry for RSM’s
- Process purchase orders for local items for office
- Generate Excel spread sheets for pricing comparisons for RSM’s

LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES
Approximately 2-3 Analysts
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and seven to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must be detail oriented, proficient in data processing procedure, accurate typing/proofreading skills. Ability to prioritize projects, perform tasks with numerous interruptions and have good communication skills. Excellent people skills.
