Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Solar Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers interested in solar energy solutions. Your primary mission is to engage prospects through outbound canvassing, effectively communicate the benefits of solar technology, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing industry dedicated to sustainable energy while honing your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid, including internships, with ample room for professional growth.
- Conduct outbound canvasing and warm outreach to prospective clients using CRM software and other marketing tools
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs and interest levels in solar energy solutions
- Effectively communicate technical sales information related to solar products and services
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested and qualified prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments within CRM systems like Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and increase appointment conversion rates
- Strong negotiation skills to persuade prospects and handle objections confidently
- Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments, D2D or just in general willing to hustle
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of technology or technical sales, especially related to renewable energy or solar solutions
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development
- Ability to be a self starter and motivator
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating within a team setting
