Position Overview

- Starting Pay: $20/hour + benefits with room for rapid advancement.

- Comp Plan: After training and successful production, you’ll advance with an increased hourly rate and 100% uncapped commission.

- Training: One week of in-class training followed by ongoing hands-on mentorship.

- Growth: Flexible timeline to grow at your pace, with a goal of promotion to Sales Representative and beyond.
