The Line 4 unload position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery within the Other Services industry. This position is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all tasks related to line operations. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within the Other Services industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Associate's degree in a related field.
- Experience with process optimization and quality control.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Monitor and manage daily operations on Line 4 unload to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Operator’s Job Description 1st Shift
Reifel Industries Inc. is an ISO 9001:2008 registered custom e-coating facility located in Pioneer Ohio that provides full & partly e-coating, dip-spin painting, and zinc plating services to the entire Midwest, but especially to Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
Production hours are 4 x 10-hour shifts starting Monday nights, minimal OT, 3-day weekends
- - We are a drug-free workplace. We do not accept medical marijuana cards and THC is also NOT allowed.You Must be able to pass a random drug screen at any time. As well as a post offer screening in your first 90 days.
- Being prepared and ready to work at your location by your schedule time
- Visually inspect each part for defects, customer created, or process created
- Know how to properly unload parts off of the racks and/or load bars
- Know how to properly scan and fill out work tickets
- Identify and report all Quality/packaging/rack problems to supervisor
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with previous and following shift about part/line concerns and issues
- Must be able to work as a team
- Must be able to follow safety rules, protocols and procedures- Including required PPE (safety shoes, glasses or OSHA required prescription safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection)
