GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for maintaining key accounts through sales, personal relations, and manufacturing. While working closely with the Management Team, this position requires the employee to multi-task, balancing quoting and taking orders, understanding production timing, closing orders and customer satisfaction.

Customer Sales Representatives are tasked with being the liaison between the company and the customer.

Other Duties as may be assigned.

PREFERABLE CHARACTERISTICS:

- Enjoy working in a team environment, strong people skills.

- Sales and Customer oriented, Problem solving, Risk Management, Decisive, Outstanding planning skills, Project Management skills.

- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing, sales, and customer relations.

- CAD/CAM experience is a must.

- Steel Industry experience is preferred.

- Create and promote a positive attitude at all times to all employees

CLIMATE:

The work is done in conjunction with all Sales and the Manufacturing department. Work is often subject to time, and deadline pressures. Significant time is spent working in a team environment. Need to ensure customer project needs are met while achieving critical project metrics.
