Duties

- Strong Microsoft office skills & SAGE

- Working on customer portals.

- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, invoicing, paying bills, applying cash receipts for 2 divisions.

- Purchasing materials.

- Strong data entry - quotes and orders

- Shipping

- Multi-tasking

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service is helpful, but not required.

- Strong communication skills coupled with active listening capabilities are essential for success in this role.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills are necessary for daily tasks.

- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, would be beneficial.

- Excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are key qualities we seek.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
