About Us: OnSiteFX is a custom metal manufacturer specializing in landscape architectural products. We are a rapidly growing enterprise seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a Welder Fabricator with a “Can-Do” attitude. The ideal candidate will possess punctuality, craftsmanship, and integrity. This role requires a teachable individual who is eager to learn and enthusiastic about acquiring new skills on the job. Attention to detail and craftsmanship is what sets us apart, and we need an organized team player who understands the importance of precision in our work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG welding with a focus on precision and quality.

- Read and interpret shop drawings accurately.

- Apply basic math skills in daily tasks.

- Utilize common tooling with proficiency.

- Conduct cutting and grinding operations.

- Maintain and utilize basic hand and shop tools effectively.

- Adhere to fundamental safety practices at all times.

Required Skills:

- Basic welding knowledge with 3+ years of MIG welding experience.

- Solid understanding of how to read and interpret shop drawings.

- Proficiency in basic math and its application in tooling.

- Comfortable with cutting and grinding tasks.

- General knowledge of hand and shop tools, shop practices, and safety habits.

Work Schedule:

- 40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4: 30pm.

- Opportunity for weekend work if interested.
