Traveling Heavy Equipment Operator – 60+ Hours/Week – Per Diem + Lodging Paid T-M-T Gravel & Contracting, Inc.

$21 – $28 per hour | Travel Required | 10 On / 4 Off

Job Overview: T-M-T Gravel & Contracting is hiring an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to work on rock crushing crews. This is a traveling position with a steady rotation: 10 days on, 4 days off (home twice a month).

Work is typically performed throughout the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, VA, MD, NC).

This job offers extensive overtime, with 60+ hours per week typical for those looking to earn.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Run an excavator feeding a rock crusher

- Operate a hoe ram (breaking oversized rock)

- Operate a rock truck when needed

- Work around crushing equipment and keep production moving

- Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

- Follow all job site safety rules

What You Need:

- Excavator experience (required)

- Experience feeding crushers (preferred)

- Ability to run a hoe ram

- Rock truck experience is a plus

- Willing to travel throughout PA, VA, MD, and NC

- Able to work outdoors in all conditions

- Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits:
